Best High Protein Snack or Meal


This recipe is very versatile and high protein. You can do almost anything to the basic version of this recipe and it will taste amazing. Below are some variations.
Bodybuilding Breakfast Eggwhite Muffins


Blueberry Eggwhite Muffins
40g of Protein from Eggwhites
5 blueberries per muffin cup
1 packet of calorie free sweetener dispersed thru each eggwhites
Strawberry Oatmeal Eggwhite Muffins
40g of Protein from Eggwhites
1 packet of calorie free sweetener dispersed thru each eggwhites
1/4 cup Oatmeal
1 strawberry cut up in each muffin tin
 
40g Protein from Eggwhites
1 packet of calorie free sweetener dispersed thru each eggwhites
Handful of cut up JalapeƱos dispersed in all 6 muffins
Handful of cut up Tomato dispersed in all 6 muffins
