Notes: Someone came up to me actually during the middle of this workout and told me "Your looking Huge man!" lol i couldnt help but smirk at this comment, i feel so small, flat and depleted!
Back felt good, even laterals i felt pretty good, but when it came to presses i just listened to my body and stopped
