Notes: Legs felt good today....Running out of exercises but these seems to be working fine for now....next leg day i might try some lunges....Just Under 5 weeks out and gotta get this going! Crazy results in my legs in the past 2 weeks.....lets see what another 4 weeks can do....plus i didnt break out my secret weapon yet!
