Injury Update: Visited the Doctor for a follow up he said all looks well, he told me to not worry about anything and that this injury is just a really bad spasm and it has nothing to do with any nerves...He gave me some more Antiinflammatories and sent me on my way

Notes: All i can say is WOW....its feels like i finally had a good upperbody workout....I was able to use some decent weight....i used 50lb DB for Chest haha i was very happy with that....last week i used 15lbs lol
One of my clients directed me to a quote that got me fired up for the gym today....here is the quote:

When i read the quote it was almost as though i could picture Arnold saying it to me.....Theres no way i was going to feel sorry for myself.....just work around this and keep moving forward......Iam under 5 weeks to go!!! LETS DO THIS!
