Barbell Row 4 sets of 8 with (135lbs)
DB Bent Over Row 4 sets of 8 with 40lbs
T-Bar Rows 4 sets of 8 reps with 2 plates
Seated DB Lateral Raises 4 sets of 8 reps with 20lbs
Bent Over Lateral Raises 4 sets of 8 reps with 15lbs
DB Bench Press 4 sets of 8 reps with 60lbs
Pec Deck 4 sets of 12 reps with 55lbs
Tried Something new since i cant really go heavy with anything
Arm Occlusion Training
Supersetted
Cable Preacher Curls 4 sets
Tricep Rope Pushdown 4 sets
Spider Curls 4 sets
Cable Over Ext 4 sets
Notes: Workout was really good, finally getting back into the groove of things....Since this injury i have really improved my Mind-Muscle Connection which is key when working out to begin with
So maybe this was a blessing in hiding!
