7/1 Legs Cardio and Posing for a finished Product!

Happy July everyone! Its amazing how fast the summer is going so far! It feels like yesterday it was only May.....Felt really energized today for some legs so here goes

Rectus Femoris Cable Lift
50lbs for 10 reps

Cybex Leg Press Flared
6 plates per side for 10 easy reps

Cybex Leg Press
6 Plates per side for 12 easy reps

Hamstring Deadlifts
315lbs for 8 reps

Glut-Ham Raise
bw for 12 reps

Strip Set for Calves
Standing Calve Raises
300lbs for 20 reps, cut to 260 for 12 reps cut to 220 for 10 reps

Followed by 30 min Low Intensity Cardio

and 15 min of posing

Notes: I am feeling really great lately, i think switching to school before my workouts have given me time to rest before hitting the gym hard!!! A nice change of pace!!
