7/10 Chest and Arms

Chest and Arms
Incline Cable Flyes
60lbs for 12 reps PR!

Incline DB Press
105lbs for 6 reps

Weighted Dips
bw + 45lbs for 12 reps

Incline DB Curls
50lbs for 6 reps, rest paused til i got 10 reps

Alternating DB Curls
40lbs for 15 reps

Ez-Barbell Extension Skullcrushers
135lbs for 8 reps

Cable V-bar Pushdowns
100lbs for 12 reps PR

Notes: Triceps were really pumped, overall i think the reduction of carbs from my diet really tightened me up alot more.....we will see the outcome this sunday!

Otherwise i am feeling good lately some days i feel like a zombie but some days i feel like arnold....so overall i am in a better place then i was last year, i am going to be unstoppable in a couple of years!
