Hammer Strength Single Leg Extensions

Cybex Single Leg Curls
5 sets of 12-15 reps

Cybex Glute Raises
5 sets 12-15 reps

Leg Press Calve Raises
10 sets of 12-15 reps

Notes:
Good workout, Next week i am going to hit legs hard again, i have to avoid squats, hacks and stuff like that so i am going take full advantage of the leg extension machines and the leg press!

Getting there, felt ok during legs no problems what so ever
