Slight Incline DB Bench Press- 3 sets of 8 reps (70lbs) <- up 10lbs since last week
Slight Incline DB Flies- 2 sets of 12 reps (25lbs) <- up 5lbs but with a much better stretch
Bent Over Barbell Rows- 3 sets of 10 reps (185lbs) <- 155lbs last week
DB Bent Over Rows- 3 sets of 8 reps (60lbs) <- up 10lbs since last week, easy
T-Bar Rows- 3 sets of 12 reps (3 plates)
Standing DB Press- 3 sets of 10 (40lbs) <- Much better for shoulder development IMO Bentover Lateral Raises- 2 sets of 12 (25lbs) <- up 5lbs since Sat
Seated Lateral Raises- 2 sets of 8 (30lbs)
EZ-Barbell Curls- 3 sets of 6 (95lbs) <- up 20lbs since last week
Ez-Barbell Skullcrushers- 3 sets of 6 reps (115lbs) <-up 20lbs since last week
Cable Preacher Curls- 2 sets of 10 reps (60lbs) <-up 10lbs

ReverseGrip Pressdowns- 2 sets of 10 (70lbs) <- up 10lbs

Notes:
Feeling great!! Really motivated today and i had plenty of energy, love my re-feed days!!!
Overall i think the increase in the cardio and the little drop in carbs got my metabolism reving....tommorrow i should be hard!!!
Had an unbelieveable pump today and endurance was crazy high...felt like i could have worked out again!

Shoulder Injury:
almost at a 100%, each week the little increases is really helping me rehab....i should be at 100% by last contest....i would say i am about 85-90% right now...i am still holding back as much as i can!
