AM Session:
Light Leg Circuit
15 HiiT Sprints
5 min cooldown

PM Session:
30 min Low Intensity

Posing:
15 min

Notes:
Starting on Sunday i am going to up my cardio
I will be doing
18 HiiT Sprints

and 40mins Low Intensity Cardio

I have my italian final tomm, studying for it all week....wish me luck tomm!
