Assisted Pullups- 3 sets of 15 reps
Machine Pulldowns- 1 set of 15 reps
H/S Reverse Lat Pulldowns- 2 sets 15 reps
H/S Rows- 2 sets 12 reps
Cable Low Rows- 2 sets 12 reps
Braced DB Row- 1 set of 15 reps
Cable Pullovers - 1 set of 15 reps
Alternating Bicep Curl- 2 sets of 8 reps
Cable Preacher Curl- 2 sets of 12 reps
High Cable Curls- 1 set of 8 reps
