Barbell SLDL- 1 set of 12 reps
BW Dips- 1 set of 12 reps
Chin-ups- 2 sets of 12 reps
DB Lying Lateral Raises- 1 set of 15 reps
Lying DB Rear Delt Raises- 1 set 15 reps
DB Curls 1 set of 15 reps
Lying DB Skullcrushers- 1 set 15 reps
Leg Press Calve Raises- 1 set 15 reps
Reverse Crunches- 1 set 15 reps

Cardio
