Thank god for the carbs today i really needed them...these past couple of days have been hell.....I am hard as stone right now....but still flat.....i got two more meals worth of carbs to have today so we will see and then i have to do some cardio as well.....my prediction is i will still be flat....but thats a good thing....i rather be alittle flat....then bloated!
